Today we were joined by four brand new competitors to take part in our Hitcham's Head chef competition. We were wowed again by Tapenade Palmiers, Italian sausage risotto, Toad in the hole and Sausages with apple sauce, peas and potatoes. The children were very excited and enthusiastic and worked well to create their dishes with the wonderful help and guidance from Mr Jones from The Railway, who joined us this week as guest judge. A huge well done to all of them, their enjoyment was clear to see! We are looking forward to the desserts from these competitors next week!
