Class LH were set a challenge over half term to invent and
create their own new mythical creature as part of our Ancient Greek
learning.
We have examined the story of Theseus and the Minotaur through
role play, fact files and video. The remit was to be as creative as
they wanted to be in their own design – and what a range of creativity we
had – various models from clay, salt-dough, and cardboard boxes, a knitted/sewn
creature, some children used Minecraft, there was a variety of posters, someone
sang a song to describe their creature and somebody else even baked a
cake!! Well done class LH on letting your creative juices flow!!!
